      The websites I chose to do for this smackdown are Mercari and Temu; Mercari being the good website and Temu being the bad website. Mercari has a user-friendly, simple layout with professionally taken photos for each category. Mercari's prices are clearly stated with no random discounts unless the seller chooses to provide a sale. Since Mercari is a marketplace for sellers and buyers, all of the items are pre-owned, meaning all of the items on there are (almost always) real.       Temu is also a marketplace, however, it is a bit different. Various sellers (usually people or companies who sell multiple of the same new product) for a low price. A majority of items are cheaply made, but advertised to look worth buying or good quality. Temu is filled with many pop-ups, claiming to give you a huge coupon that you will never be able to use.           For this week's assignment, we were tasked with reading Chapter 3 of The Connected Educator . This chapter dives into the topic of learning and the several different methods of learning. While this chapter primarily focuses on learning in the field of education and teaching, it is general enough that it can be used for any career path or field of study.
